Concrete structures of industrial floors
Reinforced concrete structures which must meet all static load-bearing capacity requirements for a certain industrial operation are a structural part of industrial floors. Floor concrete structures made in a good quality are a basis for further application of floor systems, i.e. continuous filling technologies or coats, screeds and poured floors.
Our company provides complex services related to realisation of these structures and systems. We can create 3.000 - 6.000 m2 of machine smoothed concrete floors daily with our machines and human potential.

Floor composition design
We will provide a floor compsition design with a static design of a reinforced concrete slab (thickness, concrete class, reinforcement type, sub-bloor compaction degree) and with an optimum type of surface finish based on accurate data on a character of an industrial operation and load. A standard steel mesh and construction steel or progressive steel fibres can be used as reinforcement of floor concrete structure.

Realisation of floor concrete structure
• provide of insulation layers and circuit dilatation• continuous placing of a concrete mixture
• vibration of a concrete mixture
• surface level control using a rotary laser
• machine surface smoothig using rotary trowels
• dilatation joints cutting

Concrete slab surface variants
• vibrated surface (a base slab)• machine smoothed surface (a load-bearing concrete slab)
• structured surface (depending on other floor systems)
• surface improved by infill of powder mixtures with hard aggregates (so called ARMOURED FLOORS), featuring with higher abrasion resistance and improved mechanical resistances.

Cement-concrete road covers
A more widely used type of group II - IV local and dedicated roads, parking for vehicles and cars at present.Cement-concrete roads are done in accordance with STN 736123 standard using a mechanised method similar to realisation of floor concrete structures with a skid-proof finish.
